Update 23/08/2021 :Cisco Packet Tracer 8.0.1 build 8.0.1.0064 has been released as a maintenance release of Cisco Packet Tracer 8.0.0. Upgrade is advised for Cisco DevNet DEVASC and CCNA 7.0.2 students. Packet Tracer 8.0.x includes a new SDN network controller as well as REST API programming capabilities.
Update 03/10/2021 : GNS3 v2.2.25 has been released a few daysago for download on Github. This released fixes menu disabled for modal dialogs on macOS as well as qemu various issues.

After several month of testing, GNS3 v2.2 has been released for download on September 30th, 2019.

The NX-OSv 9000 is a virtual appliance designed to simulate the control plane of a Cisco Nexus 9000 switch. The NX-OSv 9000 shares the same software image running on Cisco Nexus 9000 hardware platform. UCS PE (Platform Emulator) is a powerful Cisco UCS Manager emulator allowing CCNP datacenter students to learn how to configure the UCS environment. The current version emulates the UCS manager 4.1(2cPE1), which includes 62xx/63xx/64xx Fabric Interconnect, C4200 series rack server chassis with C125 rack servers. The S3260 storage server is also emulated in UCS PE. These release can be connected to GNS using VMware.
